NEW ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT 2011-201
The annual accountability report reflects the agency’s primary mission, its major initiatives to carry out that mission and its performance on the implementation of its responsibilities. It is an excellent report card that is useful as both an informational and educational tool available to everyone including the taxpayers, policy makers, service consumers, advocates, and staff.
