• Fairfield Winners is the self-advocacy organization for Fairfield County Disabilities and Special Needs Board located in Winnsboro, SC. Fairfield Winners meets Monthly. Fairfield Winners sponsors fund-raising activities, promotes community inclusion, supports diversity of interests within the organization, supports individual self-advocacy, addresses rights and personal choice issues, seeks support from community and local politicians, and sponsors social and recreational activities.
